Research Paper Proposal

I plan on taking many different looks inside of the lifes of music hip hop artists such as ( tupac, Gucci mane, Shyne, and cassidy etc.). These artists made it big in the music industry, but in the end they end up getting caught up in so called ( rap beefs ) or they end up catching major felony cases. I am going to look at what took place in order for these music artists to get caught up in these situations. I will also look at how they handled the pressures of their names being slandered in the media. What was it like for the music artist known as cassidy, to be charged and put on trial for first degree murder. I will also take an indepth look at what caused the rap beef between Tupac Shakur and Notorious BIG. These two are arguabally the the best hip hop artists ever known to man. I will talk about how these two were once friends, and what happened to make them worst enemys. Most people believe this was because Tupac shakur felt like Notorious BIG was responsible for him being robbed and shot at one of the music studios in New York. How did this incident almost cause an all out war between the east coast and the west coast ? I will also research about how was it for these music artists during their prison terms ? Was it different for them because who they were ? Also what was life like once they were released back into society ? Also what was it like to try to produce music again once you have been incarcerated for so long ? Basically i am giving u a better understanding of what these rappers go through and the consequences they face and how they handle them. Since i was a kid i wondered when superstars go to prison ( DO THEY LIVE LIKE KINGS? ) but after watching this documentary called ( Rhymes & Consequences ), this movie really shows u the befor and afters of these rappers lives one they get into trouble. It talks about how judges use the lyrics rappers use in their music against them basically saying they are telling the youth to go out and commit crimes. But in reality they are not, these artists are just trying to make music. Some rappers do speak on real life experiences just telling u where they came from. These artist are just trying to entertain they are not influencing anyone to commit crimes.

    Humane Meat? No Such Thing

After reading the article i actually had to sit back and ask myself should i still be eating meat from animals that have been slaughtered. According to research done by Sunaura Taylor, many different people have different views about rather it is right to take the life of an animal so that we can eat meats. I have to agree with both sides, i feel like if there was a way for us to still be able to produce meats without the slaughtering of millions of animals, then i think it would be better and the ( vegans ) would have a better argument. Also for the people who our with killing the animals for meat, they should really look at should the animals have a choice to rather they live or die. Throughout this article both sides put up pretty good arguments. What caught me the most was how she compared human disibilities to the slaughtering of these animals. By saying that many of the animals used are marked disabled, because they are bred to be mutant producers of meat, milk, and eggs. Most of these animals are unable to function in many other ways. She also said that animals are thinking feeling beings, and often with complex emotions, abilities, and relationships. I feel that the animals should have a choice to rather they should live or die. I dont feel like any living thing should be forced into slaughter. But at the same time i am a meat eater.
